I’m on a mission to help you take the steps to a healthier you, not by following so-called ‘diets’ but by enjoying great tasting food that your body will thank you for.
After graduating from my Bachelor (BSc) degree in Nutrition, I registered with the Association for Nutrition (RNutr). I then went on to do a Masters (MSc) in Clinical Nutrition where I researched obesity and the Mediterranean diet.
